Bear Essentials –The Ultimate Do it Yourself Kit

For the budget conscious Bride & Groom who would like to manage your own wedding yourself but need the essentials and tools to get you set up and started.

I come out to you, ask you what your dream wedding is and in only a few short hours your whole wedding is planned. We go through the budget and how to stick to it as well as creating a shortlist of the very best suppliers to ensure you get your hands on the best quality products to make your day wonderful. From there it is up to you to make a few phone calls, have a few meet and greet appointments and bibbity bobbity boo your dream wedding is now a reality.

You will also receive a folder containing all the templates you need to ensure everything is kept in perfect order and at the touch of your finger tips. Another planning appointment three months prior to your wedding to ensure everything is on track is also included as well as unlimited liaising via phone & email.

As a special keepsake gift from us you will receive a personalized Bride & Groom bear couple with Initials and the date of your wedding.

Wish Upon A Star – The planning package

For the Bride & Groom that want professional assistance with the finer details. Our expert advice will ease the stress and confusion. Throughout the planning appointments we will work through all the Checklist, Budgets, Timelines, Wedding etiquette, Supplier & Vendors. This package includes up to 10 planning appointments including Venue & Supplier inspections, consultations and debriefs. A copy of all documents can be kept in your folder for organization and easy access. Please note: This package does not include co-ordination on the day.

As a special keepsake gift you will receive a Star Naming from the International Star Registry.

Fairy Godmother – Complete on the day Co-ordination

Everything is planned but you would like someone there on the day to make sure everything is just as perfect as you had dreamt it to be. You can sit back, relax, enjoy the day and leave everything to us – your fairy godmother. I am the first one there and the last one to leave. I will liaise with all suppliers and ensure everything is delivered, set up on time and in perfect order. I will keep a time check so you don’t need a watch, you can enjoy the getting ready process with your lovely bridal party and champagne as well as the rest of the day and night.

This package includes Full coordination of the rehearsal, ceremony and reception so the whole day runs smoothly. All communication will come through me so you won’t have 50 people asking you questions and hassling you on the day ‘where does this go, what do we do.’ I will be your eyes to check the ceremony and the reception will look just as you had imagined. Having someone there for you eases the pressure and makes the day seamless and more enjoyable.

This package includes 2 planning appointments to ensure I am up to date with all the details of the wedding as well as unlimited phone and email liaising.

The Fairy Tale – Planning and Coordination

From the start to end I will be there for you to help plan and coordinate your dream wedding. After we discuss all the details of your day it is up to me to source quotes and suppliers for you and your fiancé to choose from. Leave the gruelling research to me, you have the fun bit of choosing which vendors you like best. This package includes up to 12 planning appointments including vendor inspections. I will organize appointments for you to meet and greet the vendors of your choice and be there with you at appointments including The locations, Florist, Cake, Photographer and Videographer to help and guide you.

I will coordinate the Wedding rehearsal as well as being there for the whole day and night on the wedding day ensuring everything runs smoothly. I am the first one there and last one to leave. You can relax and enjoy the day without getting hassled and worrying if everything will be perfect, leave that to me.

You will receive a personalised folder to keep everything nice and organized. This package also includes unlimited liaising via phone and email.

Happily Ever After package – The ultimate package

Complete professional personal assistance, I am there every step of the way. Unlimited planning and Coordination. I will work with you to create your ultimate wedding. Every detail from Accessories to Zephyrs will be covered. I will source quotes, liaise with suppliers and negotiate on your behalf, chauffeur you to all the appointments as well as take care of all the little details that can be so time consuming. If you are not located in Melbourne I become your eyes, ears and legs and do all the running around for you. I will organize and coordinate the wedding rehearsal as well as being there for you on the day from morning till night to run the event and take care of everything including anything unexpected, which allows you to relax and enjoy the day.
